A Bit about Me...
Having always had a passion for, and worked with horses, I saw many that were unable to perform at their best, and wanted to improve their well being.
So I trained in Equine Sports Massage but soon realised that I couldn't help them as much as I wanted to, so I continued my studies and I am now an Equine Osteopath.
Now I can make horses as comfortable as I can, whatever level they are in at work, rest or play.
I love that I can assess and treat the respiratory, circulatory, neurological, metabolic, energy and behavioural systems through my musculoskeletal work.
And then I discovered WINBACK TECARTHERAPY and took my ability to help and rehab to another level...

EQUINE OSTEOPATHY
The body has the ability to self-heal.
Osteopathy suggests a way of diagnosing, treating, and preventing health problems through movement of the musculoskeletal system. (American Osteopathic Association, 2021).
Equine osteopathy uses a HOLISTIC approach to attempt to achieve free-flowing movement using soft tissue stretch and massage, articulatory and adjustment techniques of the musculoskeletal system to not only treat the biomechanical system but also to ‘access’ and treat the respiratory/circulatory; neurological; metabolic/energy and behavioural systems as well.
By regularly having the musculoskeletal system articulated through its full range of motion (ROM), we are not only ensuring that the joints and muscles are moving correctly and being maintained but are also ensuring correct flow of fluids throughout the body.

I am an agent for Simply Rugs, covering most of Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire with 'drop off points' in various locations. I am able to do yard collections for multiple rugs. We are happy to do repairs on CLEAN rugs.
